access to patient claim information in a secure environment - everyday
from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
The IVR system is now able
to accept Privacy ID Numbers. Below is the IVR Privacy ID
Tutorial providing you with detailed instructions on how
to enter Privacy ID Numbers with the IVR System.
The IVR system is your route to patient claim
information. The IVR system is a secure environment. To protect the
confidentiality of patient accounts, you and your staff are required
to enter your Federal Tax ID number (TIN) and NPI or NCPPO
provider number to use the IVR system.
